What can I use the storage for?
Our spaces are ideal for business stock, tools, equipment, materials and general storage. Yard space is also suitable for plant, trailers and business vehicle parking where agreed in advance.
Do you offer 24/7 access?
24/7 access options are available for approved customers. When you enquire, we’ll talk through your needs and confirm the access arrangements that work best for you.
How do I pay and when are invoices issued?
Invoices are issued at the start of each month. Payment is usually by Standing Order or bank transfer using the details on your invoice. Please use your name or invoice reference as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly.
If I start or leave part way through the month, how is rent calculated?
Rent is calculated on a simple per-day basis, so you only pay for the days you have the space.
Do I need to insure my items?
Yes. Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance for any items they store with us.
Is the site secure?
The site has CCTV and controlled access arrangements in place.
Can I store anything I like?
Storage is for lawful, non-hazardous items only. If you’re ever unsure about a particular item, just ask and we’ll be happy to advise.
Can I add a container to my yard space?
Yes. Many customers combine yard space with a 10ft or 20ft container. You can check our Container Storage page or simply enquire and we’ll run through the options.
Do you offer work units / shed rental?
We do have workshop-style units on site and availability can change. Get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s currently available.
How much notice do I need to give to leave?
We usually ask for a minimum of one month’s notice in writing. When you’re ready to leave, we’ll confirm the simple steps and timings with you.
What if I leave items behind?
We ask that your space is cleared when you leave so it’s ready for the next customer. If anything is left behind, we can help arrange removal or disposal and let you know about any costs involved.
